Doctors of optometry are primary health care providers who examine, diagnose, treat, and manage diseases and disorders of the visual system, the eye, and associated structures as well as diagnose related systemic conditions. Our services include but are not limited to the following:
comprehensive eye health exams- Optometrists are responsible for diagnosing disease that often exhibit symptoms first detectable in the eye. By examining the health of the retina, an extension of the brain’s vascular system, Dr. Zingle can detect abnormalities used to predict patients’ risk for diabetes, hypertension, stroke, and heart disease. To many, the eyes are considered the window to the soul…they’re also a window to your overall systemic health.
